Living in Victory in Hard Times Part #2

One of my favorite true stories is about a man who had been living on the street for many years. A rich uncle in Chicago died, leaving him as the only heir to his estate. Unaware of his inheritance, the man, lived in poverty while millions of dollars were just waiting for him to claim. A local TV station got a hold of the information, and decided to make a feel good story out if it.

The mayor, of Chicago, accompanied by a unterage of reporters, and well wishers went down to the poorest part of the inner city. As they explained to the man his new position in the society, he did not believe it. In anger he commanded the crowd to leave, believing they were all there to steal his stuff. Not until they handed him a large check, did his unbelief change.

The church, even though legally are positioned to live in the presence and provision of God. We choose not to believe it, and we are willing to sit in our junk, believing this is the best it will get. The process of moving into fruit, more fruit, and much fruit, are lessons learned through revelation, faith and obedience.

One of the best examples in the bible is the story of David. Even though he was already anointed as king, it was a 13 year long process before he got to wear the crown. During these time watch and pray, stand your ground no matter, what is happening around you. And never, ever, quit!!!!
